Using the specialty imported Italian food products provided by Becoming Italian Today and the excellent high quality produce from Belmont Market, we will be featuring a fantastic main course, Pork Chop with Pickled Peppers…Braciola di maiale con Peperoni sott’aceto. Simple and easy, this tasty chop will quickly become a mealtime favorite. This is a traditional dish from Southern Italy and a favorite of the local farmers of the region. Pull your seat up to the Italian dinner table and dig in to this wonderful dish!
