Using the specialty imported Italian food products provided by Becoming Italian Today and the excellent high quality produce from Belmont Market, we will be featuring simple one dish meal, Spezzatino di Manzo con Bietole! ~~~ Tender melt in your mouth chunks of beef with hearty greens served over polenta or with a fresh green salad will satisfy the soul after a long winter day! Learn about the cuts of beef and the different types of greens available and how simple ingredients combined with herbs and spices and a bit of creativity can create robust flavors that will surely impress your family and friends!!
