Using the specialty imported Italian food products provided by Becoming Italian Today and the excellent high quality produce from Belmont Market, we will be featuring light and healthy vegetable and seafood dish, Involtini di Melanzane con Tonno e Erbe ~~~ Hearty eggplant strips rolled and stuffed with a fresh delicate tuna steak and herb stuffing in a light wine sauce is perfect to serve as an antipasti or even a main dish with a fresh garden salad.

Hand-selected by B.I.T Staff and tested by our chef in the B.I.T kitchen, the featured products are available along with many others in Belmont Market. Stop in and peruse our B.I.T display,located near the cafe area. We will be giving out samples and demonstrating simple recipes in-store throughout the coming weeks.
